The Salvation Army Women and Children’s Center offers referrals, resources and transportation for people seeking addiction treatment services. Harbor Light Center (Indianapolis) is CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accredited and state certified with the Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction.
