How we help brighten the holidays

Holiday Food

We provide families with Thanksgiving and Christmas food baskets to ensure families have meals during the holidays. We are able to provide these meals to our community through a gracious donor. If you would like to donate to our Holiday baskets or are in need of food assistance, call our office: 317-881-2505.

Red Kettle Campaign

Starting in November you will see the red kettles out at stores collecting money to support the many programs we offer year-round as we serve the community through food pantries, financial assistance, youth programs, senior living, drug addiction, homelessness, and more. Volunteers can sign up to ring the bell to encourage others to give, knowing every time money is dropped in the bucket their donation is being used to continue the mission of The Salvation Army in our community. If you would like to volunteer to be a bell ringer, create an account on Register to Ring and select your area to find shifts.

Virtual Red Kettle Campaign

You can also be a virtual bell ring, set up a campaign within our Virtual Red Kettle Campaign and help raise money for The Salvation Army's programs and services. Information to start a virtual campaign will become available in November.
