Run For Hope 5K & 1 Mile Run/Walk

A Run/Walk to celebrate our community and its schools and raise support for those in need

Join us on Saturday, August 22, 2026 at 8:00 am for Run For Hope, a spirited 5K run/walk and 1-mile fun family-friendly run/walk that brings together the Full Service Community Schools Program operating in in both Elkhart and Concord Community Schools and the Elkhart Salvation Army!

This event takes place prior to the JV Football game at Rice Field between Concord and Elkhart high schools and celebrates the strength and unity of our local community and its schools while raising critical funds to support those in need. By participating, you'll help make a direct impact on the lives of our neighbors.

Age Group Awards (Top 3 in each age group, male & female each, for both races)

14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80+.

Proceeds support The Salvation Army of Elkhart's mission to support local families in need.

Registration:

$15 – Individual Child/Adult

$45 – For family of 3 or more

(First 200 registrants receive a race t-shirt
