Tuesday-Saturday from 10am-7pm
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot do donation pick ups. We will let you know when we are able to begin picking up again.
Truck Pick-up (Furniture)
We happily pick-up furniture donations in and around Monroe County call 812-334-1366.
When donating furniture, please make sure the item has been cleaned in order to reduce any public health concerns. (Be aware that our staff may turn down a furniture donation if it is in bad shape, unclean, or has an odor. We cannot sell such items.)

-Gently used Clothing
-Books
-Gently used furniture
-Small Appliances in working order (toaster, microwave, etc.)
-Electronics in working order
-Household goods
-Gently loved toys
Donations we cannot accept
- Mattresses/Box Springs
-Box/Tube TVs
-Grand Pianos/Large Organs
-Medical Equipment
- Large household items such as fridge/stove/washer/dryer/etc.
- Recalled product
- Cribs manufactured before June 2011
- Products that are missing parts, appear wobbly or unstable, or contain known hazards or missing warning labels
Donation Receipt
When you hand over your donations to Salvation Army representatives, please ask for a donation receipt for your tax records.
-Donations MUST be made at the Thrift Store 10am-6:30pm. Drop donations off with an employee at the rear of the Thrift Store at the back door. Donations should NOT be left outside as they become subject to theft and weather. We cannot accept donations dropped off overnight.
