Disaster Relief Services at Lihue Corps Community Center
Services provided upon activation from The Salvation Army Divisional Headquarters in coordination with the Kauai Emergency Management Agency. Locally, Lihue Corps assists first responders with search-and-rescue efforts by providing continental breakfast and lunch. TSA Lihue also provided breakfast to visitors who were misplaced at shelters during the tsunami warning. Officers frequently report to and collaborate with local leadership, always in a readiness posture to serve.
