Under the leadership of Neoga native, Envoy Cari Shepherd, we are proud to welcome you back to The Salvation Army and celebrate our role in providing critical social services in Coles and Cumberland Counties. We serve over 600 people per month, providing food, emergency housing, utility assistance and more.
