Thanksgiving Food Box Online Registration

What is a Thanksgiving Food Box?

- This is a great way for families to receive a Thanksgiving meal for their entire family. It often includes a turkey voucher, instant mashed potatoes, stuffing, canned veggies, a loaf of bread, cake and frosting.

This is a free program to those that register for this event.

Registration begins on Wednesday, October 1st, through Friday, October 17th, 2025.

The identification that will be accepted is as follows:

Valid (not expired) Photo ID for all adult household members

State issued driver’s license or ID card

Passport

Green Card

For children under 18 – must have birth date on identification

Medical printout for all members of your household (Form 1095-A)

List from school of all household members enrolled in the school

State Medical Assistance card for any member must have date of birth on it

Letter from County Social Services listing all household members

Birth Certificate

Passport

Green Card

Pick up will be on Friday, November 21st from 10 am - 4 pm at Hope Lutheran Church, 3636 25th St. S, Fargo, ND 58104. Rooms 310 & 320. Please use the northeast entrance for this event
