Meet our dedicated team and enjoy complimentary refreshments. Learn how The Salvation Army can provide you with life skills and a case manager who will focus on your individual needs. All are welcome.

The Salvation Army's Pathway of Hope (POH) program uses an intensive, client‐centered case management approach to empower families and address root causes preventing them from becoming more self‐sufficient. By breaking the cycle of crisis in conjunction with our extensive community partners, it offers a hand up as opposed to a handout. It enables a path out of poverty.
