Kosciusko County Angel Tree Online Sign-Ups for Christmas Assistance (Children 17 & Under)

Angel Tree Sign-Ups begin ONLINE at 9 AM on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 4th (note: the link will not work before that time and date). There are NO IN-PERSON OFFICE SIGN-UPS. Sign-up is ONLINE ONLY and will be first-come first-served for the first 350 KOSCIUSKO COUNTY families who have children 17 and under and correctly submit their COMPLETED application with the REQUIRED UPLOADS. Sign-ups will close on November 22nd (or sooner once we reach 350). An announcement will be posted if all spots are full before the 22nd. For your online application to be approved, you will need to COMPLETELY fill out the form with the following uploaded items:

1. Proof of your Kosciusko County address that has your name on it (such as a utility bill, lease, or other piece of official mail with your name and address).

2. Proof for EACH CHILD who is 17 and under and living in the household (you may use their birth certificate, school registration, or Medicaid card).

Once you submit your online form with your documents, you will receive a confirmation email that your application was received. Please, make sure the email you provide is active and accessible (and that you typed it correctly on the form). Be sure to check your junk/spam folders in case it doesn’t show in your inbox. You will receive an additional email once your application is reviewed and you will receive an approval or denial letter.

If you receive an approval email:

1. You will be given a date and time to pick up your Christmas gifts in December.

2. You MUST bring your photo ID in order to receive your gifts at pick up.

If you are denied, it will be for one or more of the following reasons:

1. You do not live in Kosciusko County.

2. You have not fully completed your form and/or uploaded the required documents.

3. You were found to have already been signed up for Christmas assistance with another local agency (we do not duplicate assistance).

4. We have reached our maximum amount of families to be assisted.

Tech Tips: Use Google Chrome or Firefox, whichever works best for you (try switching to the other browser if you run into any issues). Use your phone to complete the application and upload pictures of the required documents. Take pictures of your documents BEFORE filling out the form so that they are available to upload to the application. If you use a laptop/desktop, have files imported to your pc and ready for upload before accessing the form. If internet or phone/pc access is an issue, ask a tech savvy friend/family member to help you or visit your local library to use a computer.
