HeartStrings & Valves After-school Program

About the event

HeartStrings & Valves is more than music. This engaging after-school program gives students in grades 1–6 the opportunity to build musical skills, confidence and community in a supportive environment at The Kroc Center.

Students receive instruction in strings and brass from certified educators, along with monthly classes featuring professional musicians. The program also includes free instrument loans, academic support, a hot meal, student performance opportunities and extended care.

Select school pickup is available with a completed B-70 form.

Whether your child is discovering an instrument for the first time or continuing to grow as a musician, HeartStrings & Valves provides a place to learn, create and connect after the school day ends.

Registration opens August 20 and closes October 31.
