The Salvation Army, 815 E. 1st St., Monroe, MI in the Church parking lot or indoor our facility in conjunction with The Mobile Clinic which offers the following services: ((No Appointment Necessary)) Flu vaccine, Urinalysis/culture & treatment, Pregnancy tests, Strep rapid test and treatment, Tetanus vaccine, STD testing and treatment, Antibiotic injections, Lab services, Blood pressure monitoring, Pulse ox oxygen monitoring, 1-2 lead EKG, Capillary blood glucose, Nebulizer treatments, Wound care, Skin infection treatment, Medication refills, Provision of Vivitrol injections on a monthly bases to maintain sobriety, Oral Naltrexone, Detox services, Rapid Urine 12 screen panel, COVID vaccines, Rapid & PCR COVID testing.
