About the event

You are warmly invited to join the Golden Gems Senior Program for a special Coffee & Conversation event featuring Blondell Reynolds‑Brown, former Philadelphia City Councilmember and author of the memoir Walking a Tightrope Backward in High Heels.

This uplifting program will include a guided conversation about her inspiring life story, leadership journey, and experiences highlighted in her memoir. Coffee will be served, and attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase books and receive an in‑person signing following the discussion.
