Online Registration only in 2025

Dates: 9/2- 9/26 2025

Form of ID accepted for Online Registration:
Valid State issued ID for all ADULT household members ages 18 and over.
For anyone under the age of 18, we accept the following:
- State issued Driver's License
- State Issued ID
- Medical Printout of all members of household (Form 1095A)
- School ID (Must show 1st and last name)
- List from School of all household members enrolled in school
- State medical assistance card for any member
- Letter from Country Social Services (Listing all household members) 

Note: You may register up to 6 applicants for each registration. If you are unable to fit your entire family in your 1st application, please register a 2nd time with the missing family members.

Distribution will be held at:
Hope Lutheran Church 
3636 25th St. S. 
Fargo, ND 58104

Dates: 
Thursday, October 10/09 from 1 pm - 7 pm
Friday, October 10/10 from 9 am - 4 pm

*Please be sure to take give yourself at least 1 hour for distribution. Waiting times can be long.*
