Apply to be a recipient of the Angel Tree Program
Application Intake Dates:
October 24–25: 9am–12pm; 6–8pm
October 26: 9am–12pm
Verification Documents Required at Intake:
- Birth certificate or shot records for your children age 12 and under, and proof of guardianship
- Photo I.D.
- Proof of address (Families applying at the Kroc Center must live on the West side: Aiea to Waianae Coast; Mililani to North Shore—Sunset
- Proof of income
- Kupuna 55+: Must bring photo I.D., proof of address and proof of income
