About the event

Apply to be a recipient of the Angel Tree Program.

Application intake dates:

• October 23: 9am–12pm; 6–8pm
• October 24: 9am–12pm; 6–8pm
• October 25: 9am–12pm

Verification documents required:

• Birth certificate or shot records for your children age 12 and under and proof of guardianship
• Photo I.D.
• Proof of Address - Families applying at the Kroc Center must live on the West side: Aiea to Waianae Coast; Mililani to North Shore–Sunset 
• Proof of Income 
• Kupuna 55+: Must bring Photo I.D., Proof of Address, and Proof of Income
