Utility Assistance through Energy Outreach of Colorado (EOC) for electric & gas utility bills. Utility Assistance through Lighten the Load program for City of Fountain Utilities customers only.
Colorado residents as account holders or authorized parties. Income restrictions apply for EOC assistance.
