The E. Claire Raley Transitional Program is a family-focused transitional housing program that serves homeless families with children aged 17 and under. Each family is provided with a private, non-shared two-bedroom apartment. Adults in the program receive case management services designed to help them overcome barriers and achieve long-term, stable housing. The program is designed for homeless families with children aged 17 and under. To participate, adult applicants must be clean and sober and are required to pass a drug screening. Additionally, adults must demonstrate the ability to obtain and maintain full-time employment within 90 days of entering the program.
