This program improves the lives and circumstances of the community by providing an easy access point for individuals and families in need. Our program provides direct access to shelters and begins the process that leads to permanent housing. We provide linkages to resources that address the needs of individuals experiencing and/or facing homelessness as well as address the basic care and maintenance needs of the homeless population.
