Banner rental/inventory

Banner Request Instructions

  1. Look through the items at the bottom of the page
     
  2. When you have decided what you would like to reserve, scroll up to the Banner Request form
     
  3. Fill in your contact information
     
  4. Under "Banner ID#Give Hope" click the "+ Add" button
     
  5. Scroll through and click the name(s) of the items you wish to reserve
     
  6. Select the desired pick up and return date
     
  7. Include any notes you might have (examples may be: what your event is, any logistics, etc.)
     
  8. Under "Process State" select "Requested."
     
  9. Click Submit
     

Next Steps

  1. You will receive an email confirmation of DHQ's reception of your request
     
  2. If there are any conflicts (someone else having the items) this can be worked out
     
  3. For a reminder, he will add the request and return dates to the outlook calendar and invite you
